Tim worked for Philips Electronics before joining Forward Vision manufacturing consultancy, which specialises in the whole range of lean techniques.
During the last decade he has guided companies across a wide range of sectors in the implementation of Lean improvement methodologies.
He also teaches the Operations Strategy and Lean Improvement modules of the MSc in Manufacturing at Durham University.
